Opened in 2017 by the historical owners of the restaurant and country house Sant’Urbano Abbey in Apiro,the Restaurant La Fenice, in San Paolo of Jesi, is the right place where you can (re)discover the flavours of the authentic Marche cuisine. “Crescia”, hand made fresh “pasta” and grilled tasty meats are the protagonists of a genuine and simple menu studied to satisfy any needs.
At the Restaurant La Fenice, ancient good flavours are typical. The volcanic chef Luciano and his sister Annamaria, with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant sector, carefully select high local quality ingredients and prepare delicious and traditional specialities.
